The Lamont SAL members help the local After School Programs by leading a Fitness Program. The Lamont and Vineland School District have discontinued their Physical Education Classes. The Lamont SAL has stepped up to the plate and are helping children in the After School Programs at Lamont, Alicante, Vineland, and Mt. View schools to stay healthy and fit.

Some of the activities for the children include:

•  Dodge Ball

•  Relay Races

•  Kick Ball

•  General aerobic exercises
